I am trying to get my starter button to work and I believe this is a big issue with why it won’t work but I do not know What the part is. If anyone knows it would be much appreciated

 

It looks like a reverse/neutral light switch, and the wires to it have been on fire. The neutral switch is connected to the starter circuit and prevents the starter from working unless the neutral light is on. Suzuki make it complicated, with a relay and diodes in the system used on Eigers etc, don't know if the Ozark one is as complex.
