Easy way to check if the start button is stuck, the starter will only run if the brake is on as well.
I checked solenoid last night all looked good to me ikl check about the brake maybe the wiring is all wrong or something not sure the spades dont look like they have been replaced.

Looking like it is the wiring. Here is an LT80 diagram, as they made them for so long, several different wiring looms were used, so your bike may not match this diagram completely.

Thanking us is fine, but nobody else with the same problem, is going to know how to fix it if you don't say how you fixed it.

Check that run switch again, check the brake switch is on properly, check the fuse hasn't blown and check if that cut out button under the right rear wheelarch has popped out. If it has, check that the cylinder isn't full of fuel by taking the plug out and turning the engine over. Safety tip, stop it from sparking before you do this, I have set two LT80s on fire when a spark has ignited the fountain of fuel flying from the plug hole.

I doubt if anything to do with the new top end could cause this, except a dud plug. Most likely fuel starvation, blocked tank vent, faulty fuel tap, etc. though electrical components can cause this by breaking down when warm. A loose wire can cause an intermittent fault. There are so many possibilities, you just have to eliminate one possible cause at a time.
