02 SUSUKI Eiger 400 4by4 foot shift. Will not go into any gear. What do I need to do

 

Which lever won't work? If it is foot lever, my guess is the hand lever is still in reverse, either needs adjustment or the lock-out not right. Big bolt head shaped thing, sticking up out of engine case above hand shift shaft, holds a detent spring for Hi/Lo/Reverse mechanism, has this come loose?
