Stripping Paint

Another great alternative to Sandblasting is this Baking Soda thing in my area. If anyone wants anymore info on it let me know and I will try and get it for you. Also anyone wanna Mojave for 800 bucks,NO spark but other than that it is alright. I need to sell it to get a Tecate that I found

You're gonna think this is crazy, but here is how i strip my parts. I buy the spray on stripper, put a good coat on the part, let it set for a minute or two, then use either the water hose or pressure washer to blast it off. Its the least messy way I have found to use the stripper.
I have sand blasted before also. Sounds like your nozzle is clogged. Are you filtering the sand? Are you recycling the sand? If recycling, you can only use it twice, three times at the most. An easy way to unclog the nozzle is to put it against the floor (or something hard) and turn it on. This will backflush the nozzle (on a hand held gravity feed blaster).

Hey ltracerx, I'd be interested in hearing that baking soda method.
Yeah I've tried the stripper/pressure washer thing. My pressure set up has a water inlet and a air inlet for my compressor, so it doesnt put out as nearly as much psi as a standard pressure washer. Sounds good though.
