Is it possible to resleeve an RM250 yourself? I have a 20 ton press. What all is invloved in resleeving? I know the sleeve cost around $80 to $100 and the shop I asked said they would do it for $200 including cost of the sleeve. Is this a good deal?

No you can't just press in a new sleeve and they are HARD to get out. They require freezing and heating to expand and contract and its a pretty involved process.200 for a resleeve including the sleeve isn't a smokin deal, but you aint getting robbed either. You'll have to have a new piston also to match the new bore to.
