Just got this from a supposed Suzuki dealer who says he just got off the phone with his rep... He claims his rep says that the new sport quad will be AT the dealer by Jan 1st and get this....500cc twin,4 stroke,6 speed with fox shocks that are 12 inches in the front,11 in the back and a frame subbed out to Mercedes Benz....with a 100 + MPH top end.... I did not make this up... I am repeating what I read... Lets see if any of the news sources get ahold of this in the next 12 hours, then we will know. I feel like I just lit the fuse to a questionable M-80,(maybe a big boom, maybe nothing)

I just read your post and can't figure out if you are just trying to be an idiot or if someone really told you that line of bull. If they stopped making the quadzilla that topped out at about 80 mph because of all the lawsuits, why would they make a quad that topped out at over 100 mph? And Mercedes is making the frame, what do they know about quads? A Banshee with a 350 twin 2-STROKE is extremely heavy, a 500cc twin 4-stroke would weigh a ton!

Hey , I agree, it sounded like crap to me, too. (AS I SAID) BTW Do you start all conversations with new people using the word idiot or do you just have trouble making friends? JEEEZE! Let me get my head, its around here somewhere! Didnt you ever hear something so stupid it almost sounded like it could happen? Well I think Suzuki is completely stupid for ignoring the sport quad market for as long as they have... Do they feel your pain? I doubt it... they've been working on their car line and outboard motors or something....But they have given loyal suzuki owners exactly SQUAT since ....when? 1992....Great job suzuki! I may lookstupid for bringing this message, but it if it happens, you'll look even more stupid for going off on a fellow rider just because your shorts are in a wad over a company that expects you to dust off a 9 year old quad if you are going to have fun the "suzuki" way...Gimme a break.

What is a rep? Is that something that Raptors would eat? I know Suzuki is going to come out with a new sport ATV, the market is too big for them to just keep on giving us rep that is Raptor food. Chet

Sorry Newzdude. I have just heard so much he said she said that uncle George told Uncle Don that cousin Tim heard from brother Bob that the new Suzuki was gonna be this and that, that I am sick of it all. Also people have wrote a bunch of BS about what it will be because they think they are funny or something, that is why I called you an idiot. But I apalogize for it. Sorry.

The new Suzuki will be a 450 or 500 4-stoke, 5 spd. Look in current issue of DW or ATVSport for info. ATVSport has an artist rendering of what he has seen.
