I just got done with a complete rebuild of my 89 lt250r,i mean everything!And it will shift in all the gears and go into neutral with out using the clutch,but when it's in gear and you pull in the clutch it won't roll or go in to neutral,what's wrong any help would be nice

 

I'm not quite understanding 100% what it is doing. When you start it in nuetral, does it jump foreward and take off as soon as you put it in gear? Or when you are riding it when you pull in the clutch can you come to a stop while you are still in gear with the clutch in or does it want to keep going? It sounds like your clutch may simply be way out of adjustment, did you try adjusting it?
