I have a set of turf tammers on my ugly gold factory wheels. To seat the beads, I wrapped a tie down around the tire, pulled the valve out of the valvestem, and put some goop hand cleaner around both beads on the tire(the goop was close, any dish soap should work), then air it up. The soap will help the bead to slip into place and the tie down will keep the tire from expanding in diamiter and force the side walls to expand pushing the beads into place. Try this, I works for me, I have mounted several tires doing it this way.

spray some quik start for diesel engines inside the tire then light a match and THROW IT IN KABOOM instant bead seal. BE VERY CARFUL spray only a small amount in there and if possible try to throw some sparks in there using a grinder and a piece of steel...reason being you don't want to be too close to this tire when it pops

p.s. not responsible for any injuries that you may sufer
