I checked to see if the plug was bad, i did not know, i got a new one, there is no spark when i use the kick starter and have the plug plugged to the wire and held to my cylinder head! Its a electrical problem right? What are some of the possibilities, any suggesttions?? please help!

Its possible that your mag got wet somehow (maybe it leaked where the wires go into the left side of the crankcase. You may have some cracked insulation on the leads running into or out of your cdi or ignition that when wet are shorting. Give it a bit to dry out (if its not all ready) and try it again.

If that isnt the cause find yourself a multi meter and check to see if your getting voltage out of the mag by checking the wires real close to where they come out of the crankcase cover (safety pins are useful to poke into the wire, clip the multimeter to the safety pins), then check it at the cdi, the ignition and finally at the boot. Good luck, Aaron.
