my quadsport starts usually on the second or third kick when cold but when hot its another story. when its hot i have to let it sit for about 10 minutes before it will start back up. my local suzuki dealer says its probably the carb. ok but what in the carb is causing this peoblem. by the way if this will help, the bike was just bored and a new piston and rings were put in and a valve job was done. i did take the carb apart to move my clip after i put on a dg rcm exhaust. could i have messed something up then?

It is most likely running lean. When the motor heats up, it runs a little leaner, and will be harder to re-start. Buy a couple larger size main jets and that should help the problem.
