I have an 88 LT250R Quadracer and am in the process of a total frame up restoration. The problem I am having is the FMF pipe I got is fitting really tight against the head and the frame. Anyone else have this problem? Ya, Ya, I checked and I got the right pipe.

Mine only hits the frame when i put it on. After it is installed it isn't near the frame other than where it bolts on. My silencer when I bought it was hitting the frame but a couple of small spacers where the silencer bolts up fixed that.
