argh... when I first saw it I wondered if they were done or if they were going to redo it...

I don't blame them, I showed up with HORRIBLE plastic and they performed every miracle in the book to get it looking half-good again, and all for 100 bucks. I think I got a deal.

The one thing that kinda pissed me off was how the edges of the plastic (I had them cut it) were unsanded. It would take me two seconds to do that and now the paint is on...

Don't get me wrong, it looks alright from a distance, but it turned out horrible... lol

It's... hard to explain, I guess... :b

oh well, I phoned up a dude who I'm getting to make me a pipe yesterday and he said drop it off on the weekend...

The problem is, the first guy I had claim he could build me a pipe had no idea WTF he was doing.

Now this guy seems that way, too... ARGH!

I HATE hiring people to do stuff!

Oh well, gonna try to pick up some bearings for the rear end this week(end).

Sorry to hear about that. You should have just spent the extra money and bought Maier You need to get some pics of it, I want to see it when it's done.

Yeah, I heard about the mop and glo before... I saw on Ebay recently that Maier are changing their plastic now so it'll be shiny out of the box?

I'd have a link but Ebay's servers are down right now...

http://pages.ebay.com/unavailable/US_site.html

Just search 'quadracer' and you'll see it, but get to it soon because it's ending in a couple hours (fourteen to be exact, I think...)

Oh, and I'm wondering...

should I be different and get some Red/Yellow/white/Black colors (I have a Factory Effex decal kit and swingarm stickers BRAND NEW collecting dust) or stick with the factory colors and leave it decal free???

forget it, there's no way I'm not using these graphics... lol...

I gotta get a seat cover, now...

shifter: I figured it all out, I just gotta make one.

wiring: mostly put together, I just need to some how mount the box/stator

clutch: working

kill switch: I dunno yet, I haven't started it... lol

motor mounts: all made up (back in January or December)

Piston: fixed

carb: mounted, working

air box/filter... Please, don't speak of it... LMAO, I gotta get around to that!

I need to get to the city, go to a place that has the bolts I need and buy a lot of them.

I'm going outside right now, try to get some cables and wires out of the way of where the pipe is going.

I don't know what I'm doing, Mister Mark?

I phoned you a couple months ago about making a pipe for my Quadracer and you wanted to put an FMF LT250R pipe on... LMAO... TOTALLY DIFFERENT ENGINES! the RM engine has case reed induction... Way different cylinder, buddy!

That's why I'm not coming around to your shop. I'm getting Darcy's race pipes to make me a totally new pipe or modify the RM one to fit if I don't do it myself. I talked to Gord at Gord's motorsports and he explained what I need to do to the pipe, but I think I'm sending it to Darcy because he has a really good reputation and he can blow the dents out of the RM if I use it. Besides, after saving five hundred bucks on the plastic I'm just gonna break anyways I can afford a nice new pipe to provide a little extra power.
