LT80 clutch problem
#1
It seems that quite a few of the new (2001) LT-80's are experiencing a front clutch failure. I got one in and sure enough, the front clutch was broke. This is the sliding face (the part that holds the rollers) and it's the brass bushing in the center that is breaking. I measured 2 old ones and the brass measured .702,I measured the broke one and it was .753 not counting the pieces that were broke off. Best i can tell, the brass is a whoping 1/8 inch too long! Definitly a Suzuki error.
I urge everyone that has had this problem to write Suzuki, below is how
