What are the specs for the valve adjustment on the 02 Eiger 4x4 manuel? How hard is it to do? Any tips or suggestions. If I take the eiger to the dealer, how much should it cost?

I'd call the dealer and ask their service dept. I've asked similar questions to my dealer re: rejetting my King Quad. If you plan on doing regular maintenance yourself, it may be worth while to pop for the $60 service manual. Just reading through it was an inexpensive education for me.

I talk to my dealer here and he told the manual cost $35.00 here for the 5 speed manual.For the automatic manual was $60.00 witch dont make any sense to me at all.He told me that it wasnt all that hard realy to do.
He said that the manual will walk u through it step by step.To make a long story short.It would cost $300.00 for me to ship mine out.$125 for the valve adiustment and oil chang and look it all over. Then $300.00 to ship it back in to me.
