I was wondering if anyone knew the torque specs for the head and cylinder for an 87 quadzilla. Anyone running Razr rear tires? They hookup good?

It is right around 28 ft lbs for both the head nuts and cylinder bolts.
I torque (and retorque) them to 30 ft lbs.

Hope I helped. -Matt

For the head 19.0 - 21.5 lb.ft.
For the cylinder base the 10mm. nuts 26.0 - 29.0 lb.ft.
For the cylinder base the 6mm. nuts 6.0 - 8.5 lb.ft.

Thats right, my previous info was incorrect. From my official Suzuki LT500R service manual,
the 7 head nuts (6 on 87' model) are torqued to 21.7 ft lbs.

The 4 cylinder base bolts are torqued to 28.9 ft lbs.

Im sorry for any confusion.

Bombanshee is right on the torque values. I run shredders on my zilla and am very pleased. They are a little cheaper and harder than the razrs, so the should last a little longer.
