the alloy body LT 500 shcoks can be disassembled and serviced etc. Suzuki does not (?) carry service parts such as seal head and damper piston parts. Any good shock shop should be able to service them for you, seals will be a case of matching something up or machining the seal heads to take an alternative seal. Talk to Wayne at PEP, he knows his suzuki's.

Take the two lock nuts that hold the spring up, then unscrew the top plate off. It's got two little holes on the top. Use a pipe wrench, visegrips or you can use the disk wrench off of a makita disk grinder in the two hole to unscrew. You can buy some BelRay fork oil to refill. I recommend 5W. Hope this helps.

Actually the front shocks on the LT are rebuildable, in fact they are the only stock units on quads that are rebuildable. These are Showa shocks, very nice equipment considering the age of the Zilla. I had mine revalved for my weight and style of riding by a local mechanic, it is also possible to attach canisters to these particular shocks. I have not done that, but it was explained to me that it is not that difficult of a task if you know what you are doing. If you have no one local, I would contact PEP and see what they can do for you.
