Vooduuchild,

Me too! Yeah, Randy is a great guy -- he called me Monday (the 6th)and said "Come on down!" We picked them up that night. (BTW, got treated poorly @ Tacoma Motorsports, which is why I switched to Aurora. But that's for another time.) Hope to see you around.

You wouldn't happen to be the one he sold my owners manual to would ya? He already mailed me them, but it's ironic we bought from the same place. I got numbers 8 and 9 from the shop. The last two, and he had accidentally given our books to another customer who had to mail or bring them back to him so he could mail them to us, which he did. Now, we are giving one back so he can mail it to another customer as he is out and we have two as we have two bikes. He's a good guy.

That would be us. When we got home, we discovered manuals in their storage space, so I called Randy in case he didn't have extras. I mailed them to him on Wednesday

BTW, with all the talk in here about power and handling vs. the other sportquads, I'd like to mention a couple of less dramatic areas where the Suzuki excels. The shifting is superb, far better than my 400EX was; and the engine is very smooth, again, noticeably better than the Honda.

Hey vooduuchild and lateapex I live in Bonney lake Wa and got #4 z400 from Hinshaws in Auburn last wednesday. I am wondering how much you guys paid OTD they were asking $5699 + $460 freight and setup $39.60 for who knows what plus $545.48 tax $29.75 lic for a total of $6773.83 I payed $6500 OTD just feeling I still paid to much after reading what other people in other states paid, which is a lot less.

And where do you guys go riding around here? I've had mine a WEEK and still have NOT rode it yet

I paid cash for my two so he dropped the freight and set up, but that's it. So it was 5699 plus lisence fees and tax. I haven't heard of anyone getting a good deal on one to get them below 5699. And if they did, just look at how much they nut you on the set up and freight. Oh well, I'm not dissatisfied. I would have been like #2 and 3, but we had issues getting the money together so we're #'s 8 and 9 from Aurora Suzuki.

So far only on my girl’s sisters five acres up in Arlington and her parents ten acres. We were going to try and hit up Walker Valley this weekend, but looks like those plans are going to get shot to heck now with things coming up. My dad lives in Beaver Oregon which is right around the corner from Sand Lake, so that’s where I’m going to vacation. I also heard that up highway 2 there’s a town called index and there’s some sweet off roading up there at a place called the wall. I don’t know how to get there though, well, not yet.

I just got a Z400 today! I like it a lot I had a Raptor the Z400 handle a lot better. Although the Z400 seems to sit a little high it does not feel tepee at all(I ajusted the back sock as fare dowe as it would go this made it sit a lot lower). I only have 1 hr on it but I am very impressed. I think with a jet kit and pipe it will very close to the Raptor. You have to realize that is not a 660 it is a 400. Most of my riding is done in the wood I race a lot of Hare scrambles, Hope this is helpful.
