Well, unless you've got a big dent in the rim, I doubt that you bent the wheel. Those stock aluminum wheels are about as strong as you can get, except for bead locks. Just jack up the rear end of your bike. Take off the tire, start your bike, put it in first, and let it idle. you will be able to tell if the axle is bent, because it will move quite a bit. I had this problem with a Yamaha axle before. I had it "straightened" at a machine shop, but the next ride it bent even worse than the first. Just put an aftermarket axle on, or eventually the wobble in your tire will wear out the bearings in your axle carrier.
