Why is it that every new quad requires some warranty work? Its seems like the manufacturers are not doing their part in the quality control department. My Arctic Cat had a starter problem that cured itself and the rear right axle half popped out of the differential. Now my Z400 has a bent axle. I can't stand all this warranty work that needs to be done to my machines !! I live 10 hours away from my dealerships so this is a major pain in the *** !!!!!! There is a Yamaha dealership 3 hours away, maybe I should trade in all my toys there and buy a Grizzly and a Raptor. Its depressing.

Any first year product has glitches. Call it testing. Companies find it cheaper to produce the quads and pay for the repairs to see what is weak instead of testing them further. They also test these quads for specific things not real world use so that is an issue. The thing is if they see this and make all the corrections.

I guess your right, but that really sucks. I'll just have to trade them both in on next years models I guess.

If they make the repairs necessary and they work fine after just keep what you got. It will save you from the sale of a quad and purchase of another. Good luck
