I can't believe how deep it gets here.

I was a commercial diver, hard hat not scuba, it's a good thing I can work at depths up to 130 feet on air. You guys and the stories will make me go to heliox for greater depth.

When the hip boots just aren't big enough.LOL

Its sad people can come on here and say stock quads will go 90mph and crap, but then I get flamed for the **** I post.. Oh well

 

I have a old mag (don't know the name unless I go dig thru about 500 of them to find it ) where they had a test between the Banshee and Quadzilla, they said the Banshee would go 85mph amd the Quadzilla 108mph stock. I'm not saying that, just what the mag had in it.

Yes, the first quadzilla Suzuki made did haul ***. (100 mph+)
Im not sure the story behind it, but.. they made it too fast.
They de-tuned it to top out at about 80MPH.

I rode a zilla once, it was scary fast. Of course, I was sixteen or so at the time and it was the first quad I've ever ridden. Pretty sweet though.

 

I know that you're just repeating what you read and not making those numbers up yourself but..... I'm just to the point where I can get 85mph out of my Banshee after spending about $1000 in performance mods... ????

Getting a quad to go 100+ MPH takes a LOT of HP. These things have a lot of drag and the faster you go the worse it is.
