Just dropped off my z400 with Larry Rossler ( not sure on last name spelling) over at Stroker. He is doing a little research and development for the quad. He will be dropping in an FCR 39 pumper carb. and rejetting it to fit my full exhaust yosh., and K&N filter. He is also going to go through the bike and take off any smog emissions stuff to get it to breathe as well as possible.

We also talked about some other mods, but for now just the carb, and letting it breathe. It should get it a hole lot closer to the horse power the motor was designed for.

I will let you guys know how it comes out.

Not sure what my price will be. He said he is giving me a sweet deal, because he really wanted to get his hands on the bike. I am pumped to have somebody who knows their sh"" to do the tuning and jetting for it.

I want to say it will cost about 550.00 for the carb though. That would be if you called and ordered it. I think he will be selling the carb and the jet kit to go with it. I would expect it to be available to the public within the month.
