Just got off the phone with Larry at Stoker. He said the carb is on and everything is great. however it is hitting the stock rev limiter. He called yosh and they are backed up on their boxes because of all their pipes. It could be 2 months before they can offer one. He is going to try a drz rev box and see what happens. I will know more in a few days.

Does that mean you have to buy a whole kit from Yoshi to get the box?

don't know, I hope not. I would eventually like to get the kit, but my new carb is getting more and more expensive.

Barely legal,

Don't know yet. It shouldn't be too much more. This is his project I am just letting him use my bike, and in return I will benefit a bit from it. I am curious to see if he will be able to work some magic though. I have heard he is amazing, we'll just have to see.

Haven't heard anything yet, but I will let you guys know

Here is the latest, It is a no go on the 39FCR until I can get my hands on a rev box. I could rig something up temporarily off the drz harness but in the end it is not worth it for me. He did put on an aftermarket 36 pumper and said it is still a lot better than stock. The 36 should allow me to ride it and not worry about my rev limiter problem.

When I can get my hands on a rev box for this thing I will do that, the valve springs, and a cam all in one shot. I think Yosh is working on a kit that fits what I want. I just hope they can come out with it soon.

No bigbore kits for me just yet. I want to keep this thing reliable and try to stay away from race gas.

I will give you a ride report with my 36 pumper and full yosh exhaust. He is hopefully going to have the K&N installed and ready to go. I am picking it up tomorrow and will probably take it for a ride with my underpowered 400ex. Piped against Piped oh it's going to be ugly.

bwahahahaha. I like it

Thanks for the update. Now it's all starting to make sence.

I do know from flying model airplaces that going from a .120 normal motor to a .120 pumper motor is a HUGE difference. Hang on dude.
