Friend dies in ATV accident

Very sorry to hear that. Too many times we don't where helmets cause we think we'll take it easy, etc. This should remind us freak accidents happen all the time.

Sorry to hear about your friend. Always wear your helmet. I know someone that was lucky when he wrecked his warrior he broke he neck. No helmet. Lucky he can walk, but he is working.

And this isn't the time to ask this, but can u ride atvs on the beach at okracoake island or however u spell it. WE go there every year for vacation i would love to go riding there.

This type of thing is tragic...and it CAN happen to any of us! I owe my life at least 2 times to the helmet I was wearing. It's not worth it to take a chance! Everyone, WEAR YOUR HELMETS! I also use a powersports foam neck collar that is meant to prevent spinal injuries...wouldn't be without it. My sincere sympathies go out to this family. May God bless.....
