<< The other day an insider in the industry told me that Durablue and Lonestar buy their axles from the same manufacturer, but heat treat them and finish them differently. >>

Anyone called RPM? I live 5 mins from them and have seen the equipment to machine their axles. I haven't talked to the guy I know there in awhile but I've had a couple RPM axles in the past and never had a problem.

I'd take a cardboard tube over a Durablue..,

Well I just called LSR Racing at 503-661-6700, and was told that they definetly DO NOT manufacture LoneStar axles, they only sell them.

So the question remains???

How do I contact LoneStar directly?????

Thanx Again,
LOBE

Where did you get 503-661-6700 from? As mentioned up above, the actual LoneStar Racing company can be found at www.lsracing.com and there number is 800-457-7223. They are in the Phoenix area which 503 is not an area code for.

You should atleast take a look at www.team-rpm.com, extremely nice units with a real warranty (like the LSR warranty), not pro-rated like Durabend.

I have had all of them for various machines and feel that the RPM unit is by far the best quality.

LT80...there is this new invention on the phones. It's called letters!!! I don't know who came up with it but it's amazing. What you do is take a letter in a phone number, look it up on the phone, and it's also a number!! I swear. Look for yourself. So, if you lookup 1-800-4LSRACE, it converts to 1-800-457-7223

So, you plan on marketing your LT80 skills to the Kawasaki crowd now that Kawi "borrowed" the LT80?
