Since Kawi and Suzuki are in this alliance, is Suzuki going to use the Kawi 650 twin on their own designed machine or is it going to stay with Kawi? This is a big question because Arctic Cat uses the Suzuki engine in their machines and eventually it could end up in the AC also. Both Suzuki and AC have very reliable belt drives and engine braking, and if they were getting this engine I would definately wait until they come out to buy the big bore.

That is probably what is going to happen. I only hope it is not a copy of the Prarie with a different color plastic. IRS would be real nice. Guess we'll have to wait and see. Suzuki has a great 650 v-twin already in the SV650.

My dream quad: Z400 chassis w/ sv650 motor and 6-spd tranny straight out of the street bike.

 

I dont know if you guys have heard anything about this but i was talking to my suzuki dealer the other day and he reckons that suzuki are going to bring out a 250 and a 650 big bore version of the z400 looks like i might be giving my z400 to the wife and getting the 650 if this is the case.

 

suzuki is coming out with a 650 4X4. (4 wheeler atv action august pg 8) 645 cc v twin DOHC 8 valve sv650 stree bike motor. mag thinks it might have irs.
