Vinson Brake Light Stays on

I noticed my brake light is on all the time now. It's still under warranty and I'm taking it to the dealer on Monday. Anyone else seen this and what was the cause?

Switch is stuck. Probably out of adjustment on the cable.

mine did that. i adjusted the break cable in the back above the drive shaft.
