Coolent is still leaking out the overflow on my 87 quadracer 250. Every time i try and bleed the system i get more air comming out. What's going on. thanks for any help

 

Possible head gasket failure.

 

Do a compression check.

 

Sounds like head problems or a head gasket. Pull the head off and check the cylinder and head with a straight edge to see any deformations.

Ensure you use the proper torque and torque pattern when installing new gasket. Failure to do so could result in broken new gasket or warped head. You should check your head and jug with a staight edge before installing.
