How can you tell if the oil injection system is working?I took off the small line from the pump to the carb and started it but i saw no oil coming out of the pump.I just want to be sure it is working.Do i need to bleed it somehow or does it not put out much oil.I just had the lines off doing a clutch mod and thought i would check it.Thanks for the help

Did you put the lil black plastic piece that runs the pump back in? Sounds like an exellent time to remove it and run pre-mix before it costs you a bore/piston

Yes i put the little black piece back in and you can look in through the side hole and see that it should be turning the pump.Do you have to bleed the pump somehow after disconnecting the lines?Should there be alot of oil coming out of the pump? Thanks again LT80

LRD Performance makes a great block-off kit and a host of other mods for the little racer. The exhaust and carb package does wonders!

There will be a drop a min. coming out at idle. Raise the back of the bike on a milk crate or something to get the wheels off the ground. Rev the bike up you should notice one small drop of oil at a time coming out. It will not be much. If it is doing that it is good.
