What the title says, I just bought a 86 quadracer and want to know where to find parts, like nerf bars and new plastic and stuff. I can find there websites just nowhere to buy them from. Is there anything online that can tell me how to take the carburetor apart and clean it, or is it easy.

thanks

for parts I use a number of different sources... mostly mail order. dennis kirk, rocky mountain ATV, chapparel, hy-tech atv, Yamaha suzuki of arizona, and others i find in the mags. occasionally, i use a local dealer.. but they're always much more expensive.

I will agree with Dual-Sporter on buy after market parts. Use dirtwheels and other atving mags to find places that sell the parts you want and the places he listed are excellent place to buy from. Other thing if your looks for OEM parts and part numbers Alba has a parts finder the shows every factory part for the quad. Suzuki Part Finder

I get mine from Rocky Mountain ( great tire prices), Dennis Kirk (a little high but they have everything), James Lucky (some really cool oddball stuff) Nacs has a lot of stuff like nerfs and bumpers, and if you want OEM parts go to worldofpowersports.com I just finished ordering off of there.

also... for used parts, ebay always has LT parts on it... some good, some bad, some new, & occasionally some aftermarket... just do every type of combination of LT250R and quadracer possible.
