I was told by a buddy at the last GNCC that you can put a 400ex swingarm on the z400. Has anyone tried this yet?

Suzuki should have(or maybe they did) made the Z so all the EX parts fit! That would really **** off Honda and make the aftermarket even better. Lets pray the swingarm will go on.

The 400EX Swingarm won't work. First the 400EX uses a different Linkage system than the Z. Also, the Chain alignment is different. If you want a 400EX/250R style Carrier Holder, then contact Burgard Cycle. He built one for me, and it is about 1.25" longer which keeps the Z from wheeling all the time. You will need the following Honda Parts. Bearing Carrier, Axle, Rear Sprocket, Hubs, Axle Lock Nut, Rotor Holder, Caliper Holder, and clip. The Rotor and Caliper from the Z works.

The Swingarm cost $450.00. 717 225-6234 If you want to contact him.

CRAEZ
What class do you run?
I race a cannondale speed in the stock 4-stroke class. I'm not doing to well, having problems late in the race (bottle necks & overheating the quad). Plus it doesn't help that I have a broken collar bone. I broke it really bad about 6 weeks ago and it just started to reconnect about 2 weeks ago. I race at Millfield and overheated the quad about 2 miles from the finish line on the last lap. I plan on racing the last 3. I will be at Mt Morris this weekend.

I will be running the 4stroke Mod class. I have not run a GNCC yet the Ohio race will be the first Gncc for me. I race a harescramble series in New York. I have been running this series for about 7 years. I have tried to get to a GNCC but just can get things lined up with work and family stuff. Do you run the GNCC series? Let me know if you are going to Ohio.
