hair dryer turbo??
#11
I will try this idea out on my own quad next weekend after I get my new tires in and I will tell you guys how it works out. I see what you guys are saying but I say anything is worth it even if I f*@k up my own air box. I have a few plans as how I am going to get the fan to run also without the extension cord.

Nostradamus: Dont talk as if you know me.... You dont have any idea as to how much I do or do not know about car/motorcycle/ATV engines, turbos, superchargers, ECU's, boost controllers, turbo timers, BOV's, AFPR's, rear ends, or anything else for that matter.
Also, let us know when you discover how to make a 110V hair dryer motor run off a 9V (MAX) battery... (or two.. or three) Or, you could tap into your stator or lighting coil.... WAIT, that wouldnt work either. YEP, better get a long extention cord.
BOM2000: I think its great that you want to experiment and possibly come up with something for us out there, but really... dont mess up your air box. Seriously, it wont provide any gains whatsoever.
