Could the assembly on the bottom end of the motor be the problem if so can I fix this without splitting the cases and just removing the side cover?

 

there is an o ring on the cover, spray some wd 40 to get it lube,the o ring get kind of dry but you should be able to pull the cover with some pliers,do not just keep turning the spring is very soft so you could damage your spring,there is almost no pressure on the spring ,so if you pull the cover it wont fall,the other thing that you need to check is the position of your exhaust valve when it was installed,that is on your right side(spring) it should snap back when you push it foward,you could also remove the side cover and the control rod to make sure that is connect,your governor dont go inside the case.if you need more help pm me your phone # and i'll call you,

 

OK thanks one last thing which way should he valve open mine moves up and then snaps back down does this sound correct?

 

OK i did what you said and it still doesnt work i think im just gonna take it to my dealer and let them fix it, its making me too frustrated.
