The stock Suzuki Carb is a 38mm Mikuni flat slide.
You can only bore this carb ~1mm. Any air leaking past the slide from overboring will severely alter the proper function of the carb.

I couldnt figure out how to get it out of the slide.Thanks. -Matt
What did you end up doing?
I just put a PWK41 Pro Series on mine (Friday night) and went riding @ Little Sahara yesterday. It worked really well. Put the old bored Mikuni to shame!. Sudco's part number for this carb is 016-156. The finish of the bore is immaculate compared to the bored carbs I've seen. My local dealer got this for me with a cable and prejetted for $240.00. Sudco direct was $310.00
