Painting LT250R engine so it will last
welll blue in a white frame looks better than dull grey in a white frame, i dont want to polish the engine at this time just freshen up the looks so repainting it suzuki blue or a color close is the option I chose to take, I dont want to take it all apart to have it powder coated, although I know this is the best finish.

Ron,
That suzuki blue paint from PJ1 seem to be pretty good. It is the best spray paint I have used. It matches the suzuki color almost perfect and is durable. I used my lt all year and it is wore off on the stator cover but thats it. Dennis kirk sells it. BOBS cycle might too. PJ1 has primer too. I think the can says like mid 1980`s suzuki blue frame paint(it is the same color as the lt`s) If you cant find it let me know and I can get a part #.
