LT250r Pipes?

Default LT250r Pipes?

What is the best pipe for a 85-86 LT250r?

Well buddy it depends on your price range. In my opinon though and experiance Paul Turner makes the best pipes for them. But if your on a budget go with FMF. Dont forget to put on a K & N air filter too with an outerwear!!!

Default LT250r Pipes?

I know of only 2 companies that make pipes for the 85-86 models DG and FMF. The Paul Turner works on the 87-92 models. Out of the DG and FMF I would go with the FMF.

LRD also makes a pipe for the '85-86. but i don't know anything about it.... most of thier stuff works great

I have an LRD and love it!! Its a mid to topend pipe, yet it still has a good strong lowend.

Yes LRD pipes are by far the best out there. they cost about a 100 dollars more than any other but you will be happy with them and not wonder if you made a mistake. I have a very good condition procircuit pipe and silencer for my 89 lt250 but sprung for an LRD anyway I was very pleased with the difference. The power band feels longer and smoother.
