Default Durablue axle question for LT500

How much wider does a durablue eliminator axle make an LT500 on the narrowest setting? I need a new axle but don't want to make the rear end any wider. Does the eliminator come with locknuts?

Default Durablue axle question for LT500

DOOD,,do yourself a favor.Scratch the Durabend idea! LSR makes a LT500 axel, and it comes with the spacers and nuts.It will outlast the other 100 fold.
When you order it,ask about the width.

Default Durablue axle question for LT500

I could count on LT80 bad mouthing Durablue as usual. DURABLUE makes a great product , I have NEVER had a problem with mine.
Hey LT80,,,,,,(100 fold ) COME ON do you really believe that someone has the material that is 100X the strenght of the others. Some people are so brand loyal that they can not see there feet!

LOL! I knew you guys would come running
I gotta tell you guys the honest truth. The reason for me not liking Durablue's are :
1) RED BUD MX track.A notorious durablue breaker.Every year I see them comming up the hill from a death defying spill with one tire and 1/2 a durablue in their hand. And yes I do ask what kind they are..Never a RPM, and 1 out of 15 broke would be a LSR.
2)The bearing surface's have been known to wear,Faster than any other. This problem is NOT warranted by Durablue.
If you have a bent LSR,send it back! All axels will bend if ya get caught on a tree, land wrong, etc. All company's straighten them and send them back.
Please don't think this a racing conflict! I have never or will never ask for sponsorship from them.Angela is LSR sponsored and of course runs them.(she finally bent one at Budds Creek). My ride has a RPM.
So IMO I have done the right thing in warning another ATV lover about a product that has (again IMO) proved to be a higher risk than others.
Lets just say it was your kid out there, and that there "MAY" be a chance of a safer product. Which one are you going to buy?
Merry Christmas all
