I recently bought an LT80 for my sons and am curious as to what mods will make it more of a capable dune climber without killing it for trail riding. I have heard about removing 3 of the 6 front clutch rollers to increase the belt engagement rpms. Has anyone tried this ? Is it worthwhile? How much performance gain can I expect from a pipe? Any other things I should consider (without popping for $600 worth of custom shop stuff) Thanks!

I used to own two of them for our boys, all I did to them was put on a set of paddle tires and they could go all over. I bought them from Rocky Mountain ATV for $150.00 18X8.5X8 6 paddle on alum. rims

Already ordered those, got em a couple of days ago. RMATV here too, I buy most of my aftermarket stuff there. Local dealer wanted over $225 for the same tires/wheels. I just wasnt sure if the little bike had the necessary power to turn those paddles in the sand.
