suzuki claims its raceable, yet they built it for keepin all 4 on the ground...NO AMOUNT OF GUSSETTING CAN SAVE THAT FRAME!

Obviously you girls don't give it more than half throttle, or you would experience the same problems. We have aftermarket suspension to handle the jumps and Surfer and I can land good. Everytime I find a crack, it is at the factory weld.

Thats right people, listen to ltz400racer, and just don't ride hard. Thats good advise cause that means that I won't have to worry about the Z/KFX riders at the track . **I hope you can sence my sarcasm**

If the frames are breaking on little 40 foot doubles, they have problems. Sure it could be rider error if only a couple break but I hear about quite a few. You shouldn't have to buy a new frame just for some amature racing, and landing on the front wheels first is not that bad.

The Z400 frame should hold up to general MX racing w/o breaking a lot. I can understand if it breaks after people have wrecked a lot or case every jump they do, but the frame seems to be weak compared to others. Some of us don't consider 5 feet, big air, and we buy quads to have fun. So are you saying all Z riders should just putt around and ride wheelies and stop racing and jumping?
