does a ozark have any chance in hell to keep up with a mojave?

is there a really noticable power difference?

 

My neighbor has a Recon which is a little slower than an Ozark and my Mojave will blow by it like it's standing still. With the proper rider it would keep up on trails but the Mojave rider would have to be pretty bad. The Ozark will out work and out pull the mojave easily, it's a lot more comfotorable to.
