Somebody should hold a QUADRACER TOP SPEED SHOOTOUT somewhere in the united states where people build up their quads, share secrets and come together in an attempt to build the fastest 500. do you know what i mean ?. it would be like drag racing but with one looonnnggg road. pavement would be as necessary as hoosiers. everybody would weed out the slow 500's and try to make the fastest ones faster! it wouldn't be a race against anybody but the whole point would be to prove to us that A SUZUKI CAN DO IT! I believe that a quadzilla can go into triple digit speeds. all we have to do is share the GO-FAST SECRETS floating around. if as SUZUKI QUADRACER FREAKS we are, share the information ,porting secrets we can achieve this and record it in history . I t would be like sturgis or something. maybe we could hold it at QUADZILLATHON. Nobody would be a winner ,the quadzilla would be the winner. everybody would be satisfied to see the quadzilla hit that speed.

The fact that I owned a Raptor has nothing to do with how fast a Zilla will go, and If you care to look on the date of the original post, it is almost half a year old, and the post that I copied and pasted is almost 2 years old. That being said, I sold the Raptor almost a year and a half ago, and have been through 4 other quads since then. And in the original post he DID say that he had 14/40 gearing, to achieve the speed of 120 you would have to run a tire that is so tall, that the Zilla could not pull it with the 14/40 gearing. You are on your 2nd post on this forum, and apparently thought you were going to do a search on "Quadzilla" and find a post in which you could talk some $hit in, because there is no other reason that you would have replied to a post that is over 6 months old. Also, I am aware of the differences between the year models. You are not asking anything that anyone out there cant look up in a book.

Ithink the people in your city should be outraged that theyve been getting tickets for going 100 when they were truly going 55, and these highway patrolmen have GUNS!

 

Really though i dont see what the big deal is about "top speed" on a quad , they arent meant for top speed. It aint like any of you girls are going to go offa jump going 100. If all you care about is top speed buy a street bike and shut your pie holes. Riding is most fun ripping around at full throttle and not letting your friends catch up not going in a straight line to see how fast youll be too scared to go in the real world.
