I'm tryin to get my sons quad back together have no manual need help with the cam timing marks. There is 2 marks on it and a D. How do they line up. help please,it is a 1984 suzuki 185 quad.

 

On my 86 230 the 2 marks on the cam have to be flush with the top of the head. The dowel that fits the 3rd hole in the sproket goes up. It has a timing mark on the magneto that has to be lined up at the same time with one on the crank case. I would recomend getting a manual.
