I have about 170 miles on my '03 Vinson Manual and the fastest I have saw is 63 MPH. It gets there very quickly too. I think it would be a good race against a sp 500 ho.

I have a vinson auto totally stock and have hit an honest 61mph on a stalker radar gun. I can't speak for the manual but I would assume that top speed is about the same, maybe .5mph- 1mph faster at the most. The speedo said 63 on my quad when the radar said 61.

Two of my buddies races a week or so ago one on a vinson auto and one on a 500 ho and the vinson won hands down from the start and never looked back. The speedo read a top speed of 66 on pavment. The same thing hapened in the mud but that may because the guy on the vinson weighs about 50 pounds more and could through it around more.
