This bike looks like someone winterized it before they stored it.
This thing might actually just kick over. Getting the key tommorrow and plan to give it a kick.
this thing is tight,,,,,,,very low hours on her.

Good thing you are in Seattle, WA and not closer to me, because if you lived closer to me and somebody just up and gave you a 1987 Q-racer that was spraypainted blue like that I would be over at your house looking it over making sure it wasn't the one that got stolen from me back in October.... Nopeyou don't have to worry about it being mine.. you are too far away from me for that to happen and mine had serously race cut plastic and other things.. I am in Ohio BTW so I doubt very seriously that mine would turn up that far away. Here is the one that got away from me...

what type of 2 cycle oil,,,,and what is the mix ratio.
Suzuki recommends a ratio of 20:1 from the factory, but I mix at 32:1 for better performance. Just be sure to jet accordingly.
Oh and as far as for not having the key, just PM me.....I don't want to give criminals any ideas.

thanx for the help....
I get the key today,,,,,it has been somewhat lost in the guys house for some time.
Heres what he told me (and it sounds a little foggy to me)
He said he used something called 'spectrum' (which sounds like 'spectro' to me). He said he mixed 1 quart into 5 gallons.
He also said one time he used some genarec two stroke outboard oil he picked up at a gas station,,,and thats what caused it to seize years back. This is why it has been bored.

Howdy,
Well, I started stripping it about 2 hours ago. I didnt even try to fire it (no point) (may cause damage).
Ive gotten everything off except the motor, swingarm, and front suspension. This is one dirty bitcch. It looks like it was never cleaned.
The rear axle bearings are toast (about 1/2" of play in the rear axle). The clutch seems to be stuck, as it would not disengage.(gears are tight)
I'll take some current pics and post right now. It may take a little to get them up
Dirtgirl, does that ratio sound right (1 quart/5 gallons)?

What do you guys think I should do with this motor.
1. try and fire it and see how she does,,,rebuild later
2. rebuild it now
(keep in mind the clutch is frozen)
what would it cost to rebuild this motor?

I mix 32:1 which is 16 ounces of oil to 4 gallons of gas. It's a good idea to get a ratio right, which is a little plastic cup with the different markings for different ratio's. It helps get it right.
