I can't imagine it being any thing other than a 32 to 1 mix. Suzuki
markets a good quality two stroke oil that comes in a quart container that is good for 8 gallons.

16oz of 2 stroke oil to 4 gallons of premium fuel I would assume there
too.

Good news, The frame is getting a fresh sand blast, zinc coating, and baked paint job later this week. I can't wait. Its being done by an idustrial coating company, which specializes in fuel storage tanks(interior) for marine and aeronautical applications. These guys no their ****.
They said if I wanted, they could titanium coat it for me.

The motor will get similar, once it is ready.

Anybody have any exhaust ideas?????? All it has is the rusty stocker,,,,which needs to go. Anybody got a system for sale????

 

Bing, you might want to try Ebay for a used pipe, but you can still get them new from several places. Try FMF, FTZ, and Trinity just to name a few. I've had the FMF and currently have the FTZ. Both perform well.

 

The LRD adjustable pipe is supposed to be a very good exhaust system from what I've heard. You could also look into the Trinity pipe, Pual Turner pipe, and also for a cheap system you could go with DG.

 

i paid 1600.00 for my 88.
it was spray bombed KAWI green. and i mean spray bombed! engine and everything.
frame had cracks all over it like all zukis. hope to have it back togehter pretty soon. my plastic was primered black also. so for free you made out good i paid 1600.00 for mine.

Sounds fine to me - that is how I mixed it for mine - 1 bottle to 5 gallons...

 

I gave $400 for the LT250R I had. It needed axle bearings in it when I got it and new brake pads. I replaced them and was riding it that very weekend. Then it got stolen after I started putting more money into it.

 

I put the bike on stands......took the realtors off......and the axle wigggggggggled a whole bunch.....,,,,....,,,,.....tooo much


I need to fix that quick......the engine is going to an old friends soon....if i'm lucky
