I have it all tore apart and the reason i tore it apart was to time it and adjust the valves because it was running really crappy and it needed it . I know how to assemble it and everything all i need to know is how to time it , and what the valve gap needs to be set to.

Ummmm....Ok,
The intake valve clearance is 0.03-0.08 mm (0.001-0.003 in.)
The exhaust valve clearance is 0.08-0.13 mm (0.003-0.005 in.)
If you need to know how to do this(adjust the valves) just ask, cause I am not totally sure on what your askin for, sorry.
As for the timing the engine...if you got all your timing marks in the right spots and the timing chain has the right tension it should be right on.

Thanks yeah thats what I needed the valve / lifters i forget what my friend told me but this sound right to me. And the reason i ask about the timing is because i look all over and cant seem to find any timing marks and i didnt know if there was a speical way of doing it but this will get me started . Thanks

Yeah its no problem. Just ask and I'll tell you what you need or my opinion on what I think on something. I don't know everything but I know some.
The 6mm head nuts are torqued at 5-8ft.-lb.
and the 8mm head nuts at 15-18ft.-lb.
There are marks for the timing and when you align them you must have the piston at TDC (Top Dead Center) on the compression stroke.
