Thanx guys.......not bad for a 19 year old punk huh.......but all the info like specs and the steps on doing a procedure have all come from the CLYMER manual. You should get one if you don't have one, but there are guys like me that will gladly tell you little things that might make repairing or inspecting easier or more thorough. IT NEVER HURTS TO ASK QUESTIONS and the only dumb thing to do is not to ask questions.
Thanx again guys.

Ummmm.... I ran into another problem.... I though its was all done and yesterday when i went to start it , it wont. It seems to have very low compression and some sorda grinding noise but my friend said its normal but i dont know. I guess the question i need to ask is : There is a timing mark on the bottom and that how u time the bottom where the magento is but the top dosent have any marks just two marks on the cam and we figured that was the timing mark but i dont know because it could go either 2 ways . I dunno can u give me a understanding on how to do the top. Also should there be oil where the magneto is, everyone says that is but my old 230 had oil in it too. Sorry to bother u again but once again i am desperate. And use some tips on what to check for the low compression.

No problem, is the decompression lever sticking open? It might be, I had that problem so now I don't even bother using it, but then again I weigh 210. Does the engine even fire?
I will be back later with some timing mark info, I left the manual over in the shop.

The spark plugs has spark, and i dont really know where the grinding noise is coming from a few people told me maybe form putting the cam in wrong it bent a valve or the valve is hitting the piston.
