Default why is my ozark doing this?

every time i crank my ozark up while it is cool (not weather cool but the engine&stuff) when i shift it in to gear it will shake and move slowley for a couple seconds then go like it should.
but when it is warmed up it startes out fine.
could there be something wrong with the transmission or the auto clutch? or is this usual wile it is cool?

Thanks

It's normal. Mine did it too even when it was warm out. Ozarks are just a little cold natured and need to warm up a little. Don't sweat it.

Definatly COLD BLOODED beasts, let it warm up for a few minutes and she will run fine.
Probably jetted lean to meet EPA regs.

Sounds like you're encountering a lean condition when you transition from the idle circuit to the needle circuit while the engine is cold. This occurs at about 1/4 to 1/3 throttle opening.

Does it do this with the choke on?

You could try to richen the idle mixture a little by turning the idle mixture screw out (counter clockwise) 1/4 to 1/2 a turn.

Hope this helps.
