Z400 or banshee
#24
Well I have experienced riding a banshee more than once and the powerband is a rush. but it kinda seems like if your not in the top end of the powerband its just like a normal quad. I think the Z or KFX would be a lot faster in tight trails because i hear it has argueably the best handling of them all and i think a 4 stroke would have a more friendlier powerband in tight places. I know that i wont be ridin and dunes and most likely wont be drag racing. I rather have a bike that will rip through curves and shoot up hills and jumps. The banshee hasnt had any upgrades since in was intrododuced and common sence will tell ya that suspension and handling has improved since then. Ive rode a banshee and raptor and i like the feel of the 4stroke powerband better. The banshees power just comes all at once and suprises you. If i were riding in dunes i would love that, but i just think on tight trails and tracks the Z would be better. I would like to see the lap times on a tight track of the Z and banshee.

Your spot on with your thinkn sams. I ride the single track trails thru the woods here in SoCal more weekends than not...and i know for a fact...that a shee would be a major chore to ride in those conditions. My sugestion would be to get the Z. You wont have to modify it at all...and you can ride for miles on end on a tank of gas. Good luck!
