Well mine is open at idle and there was a piece missing when we took it apart and the dealer dont have it anymore. Its a piece of metal that connects the power valve to the mechinism that pushes it open and close so I had a machinist make it from what the photo looked like on schematic. I wonder if the photo was wrong.... Oh well. I will look at it one more time.
