who has the fastest LT250/500?
Now my QUADZILLA is a bad boy.But im not going over board with this thing.I still want to use it for trail use,but have a need for speed. I have a 87 QUADZILLA: bored 60 over,wiseco piston,fmf pipe and silencer,k&n air filter,douglas rims,holeshots,renthal bars,twist throttle,nerfs,hasnt been jetted yet. I got it going a 100 on an 1in of snow. Ive beaten a 90 440 jag sled in 3in of snow up a long hill. The sleds speedo said 90mph and i passed him. who has the fastest LT250/500?
does the sled have studs? track spin is a key factor in how accurate the readings are gonna be, usually they are way off. try getting followed by a streetbike of something on pavement and you wouldn't have to worry about traction. i bet it would be way accurate[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

420 Stroker thats built as a dune bike. The thing about it is, im pulling it out of my banshee and putting it into a Tri-Z frame. So Now Ill be passing zillas even faster,
with 80 cc's less????

Oh yeah! You can compare them.... I'd be willing to show RK what it's like to eat some 500 roost... It's all power to weight ratio man... The 500 is a turd in stock form, and it really takes the right moves to make them run hard..
I'm not saying mine is faster than anything out there, because its a game of cubic $$$, but for an old antique without much $$ invested.... ya gotta be careful or It'll hand you your a$$ on that banshee!

i guess you could compare them, but do remember that suzuki had to de-tune the quadracer 500 because it did 108mph or so straight out of the box. people would be killed with a stock atv going that fast. can you imagine that piped,ported all bolt-ons and running alcohol.i smell a lawsuit.don't you?
